Merlot: 45%, Syrah: 45%, Cabernet Franc: 10% Born of one of the biggest terroir of the Gaillac appellation. Exclusively from the southwest sector of the city of Gaillac.

The color is a nice ruby red. Full-bodied, dark fruit, soft fruit tannins, a long finish. Wonderful, and fun. Great with pasta, roasted meat and poultry, steaks. Excellent with cheeses, lamb and game dishes.
